„A” Menu
Welcoming snacks: Cheese scones and scones with crackling, mini sandwiches

Supper:
  • Újházy chicken consommé with special noodles
  • Roast meats served on a wooden platter: roast leg of goose, stuffed slice of farmyard pork, delicately flavoured grilled pork, breast of turkey in beer pastry
  • Rice with garden peas, Hungarian style potatoes
  • Farmhouse mixed pickles
  • Espresso coffee

At midnight:
Paprika veal with dumplings, pickles or stuffed cabbage rolls and cold roast meats are presented on a buffet table.
„B” Menu
On arrival cheese scones, scones topped with crackling, sandwiches

Supper:
  • Rich beef consommé served with special pasta served with boiled meat and vegetables
  • Served on a wooden platter: slice of pork stuffed with liver, leg of chicken wrapped in bacon, delicately seasoned grilled pork, turkey breast á la natur, breaded cauliflower or breaded mushrooms
  • Rice with mushroom, potatoes in parsley butter
  • Mixed farmhouse pickles
  • Espresso coffee


At midnight: Transylvanian steak with dumplings, or stuffed cabbage rolls, cold roast meats.
„C” menu
On arrival cheese scones, scones topped with crackling, sandwiches.

Supper:
  • Tarragon veal ragout soup
  • Paprika chicken with dumplings, salad of the season
  • Roast meats on a wooden platter: pork tenderloin medals Parisian style, Domonyvölgy meat roll stuffed with ham, mushroom and garden peas. Caesar’s breast of chicken (roast chicken wrapped in bacon), Marshalls Order sirloin steak in spiced butter, roast vegetables of the season, chips, rice with corn
  • Mixed farmhouse pickles
  • Espresso coffee


A midnight: Stuffed cabbage rolls, freshly fried breaded meat, pickles and cold roast meats presented in a buffet.
„D” Menu
On arrival cheese scones, scones with crackling, liver paté, Tatar beef steak, cottage cheese spread and caviar mini sandwiches. 1 glass of dry champagne

Supper:
  • Smoked salmon on a bed of salad with horseradish cream
  • Pheasant consommé soup with quails eggs
  • Wellington silverside steak, roast goose liver with Madeira sauce and potato waffles, breast of chicken á la natur, pork ribs in a walnut coating, wild rice, vegetables of the season
  • Parfait with fruit, cream and chocolate sauce
  • Espresso coffee
